1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to SchoolTrack Pro, a geo-fenced attendance management system developed by Techage Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using SchoolTrack Pro ("the Service"), you ("School," "Subscriber," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SchoolTrack Pro is a cloud-based attendance management system that provides:
Geo-fenced clock-in/clock-out functionality for staff and students
Real-time attendance tracking and reporting
Administrative dashboard for school management
Mobile access through designated applications
Customer portal for subscription management
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Requirements
To use the Service, you must:
Be a legitimate educational institution
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your institution
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4.2 Pricing
Based on number of students and/or staff

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified
4.3 Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Paystack
Subscription fees are non-refundable
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before expiration
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice.
5. License Grant
5.1 License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal school operations.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile the software
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Exceed licensed user limits
6. Data Ownership and Usage
6.1 School Data
You retain all rights to your data (student information, staff records, attendance logs).
6.2 License to Use Data
You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
6.3 Aggregated Data
We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improvement and analytics.
7. Geo-Fencing Technology
7.1 Technology
The Service uses GPS and location services to enforce attendance boundaries.
7.2 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Setting appropriate geo-fence boundaries
Informing staff/students about location tracking
Complying with local privacy laws regarding location tracking
8. School Responsibilities
8.1 Compliance
Obtain necessary consents from staff, students, and parents
Comply with applicable data protection laws
Maintain accurate records
8.2 User Management
Provide accurate user information
Remove inactive users promptly
Enforce acceptable use policies
8.3 Technical Requirements
Maintain adequate internet connectivity
Ensure compatible devices for users
Regular system updates as recommended
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Important: You are responsible for protecting login credentials, securing access to administrative accounts, and reporting security breaches immediately.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Techage Innovations.
10.2 Trademarks
SchoolTrack Pro, the logo, and related marks are trademarks of Techage Innovations.
10.3 Usage Restrictions
You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
11. Service Availability and Support
11.1 Uptime
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Emergency support for critical issues
11.3 Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
12. Suspension and Termination
12.1 Grounds for Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for:
Non-payment of fees
Violation of these terms
Illegal or harmful activities
Security breaches
12.2 Upon Termination
Access to the Service ceases
Data may be retained for 30 days upon request
Archived data may be available for additional fees
13. Liability Limitations
13.1 No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
13.2 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 6 months.
13.3 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss or corruption
Service interruptions beyond our control
Third-party actions or failures
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techage Innovations from claims arising from:
Your use of the Service
Violation of these terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Data breaches caused by your negligence
15. Amendments
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
18. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Techage Innovations.
